CBRE's D&T Strategy Director will sit at the center of AI and Data transformation, partnering with a senior executive to translate strategy into measurable progress across the business, balancing vision with disciplined execution.

As a CBRE D&T Strategy Director, you will sit at the center of substantial AI and Data transformation. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting a senior executive in turning that transformation into measurable progress across the business.
Serve as a strategic partner to the senior executive across Strategic Initiatives including Technology, AI, Data and Transformation agenda
Lead relevant strategic analysis on Digital & Technology initiatives. Distill complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations that inform decisions at the executive level and support executive communication.
Convert strategic direction into concrete execution plans with defined success metrics and operational frameworks. Maintain accountability for outcomes, not just deliverables.
Prepare and present strategic communications, briefing documents and verbal updates on Digital & Technology initiatives.
Package CBRE's Digital & Technology and AI and Data transformation story for clients and internal audiences. Make the narrative credible, specific and relevant to each audience, whether a C-suite client or an internal business line leader.
Build trusted relationships across business lines, technology teams, and external partners; serve as a connector and force multiplier for the executive's network and priorities.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, statistics, engineering or related quantitative discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience. MBA highly preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Professional experience in strategy, consulting, digital transformation; prior strategy consulting experience with top tier consulting firm highly valued (e.g. engagement manager / project leader at McKinsey, BCG)
Demonstrated experience working with AI, Data and Digital & Technology, with a sharp instinct for what these capabilities mean for business strategy and competitive positioning.
Exceptional ability to create compelling, visually polished presentations (PowerPoint) that communicate complex ideas clearly to executive and board-level audiences
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and research into crisp, executive-ready insights
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with composure and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders; high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent the senior executive with credibility and professionalism
Executive presence with the confidence to engage and advise at the most senior levels of the organization
Mastery of business productivity tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
