Job summary

Meta is seeking an AI Content Strategy Lead to embed strategic content expertise within AI-powered marketing systems and workflows. You will partner with Marketing Technology and creative teams to ensure content strategy informs platform capabilities and processes.

This strategic individual contributor role influences stakeholders across organizations, translating requirements into scalable AI-enabled content practices and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in content strategy, content operations, content technology, AI product management, marketing technology, marketing strategy, or related disciplines.
• Track record of driving alignment and outcomes across multiple organizations without direct authority, particularly where tech, strategy, and creativity intersect.
• Experience translating ambiguous business needs into clear strategic requirements and articulating them to technical partners to inform AI roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of generative AI capabilities, governance, and implementation patterns.
• Experience defining requirements or shaping roadmaps for AI, content technology, or marketing automation platforms as a non-engineering stakeholder.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including influencing leaders and executives.
• Experience driving organizational change, workflow transformation, or tech adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision for operationalizing Content Strategy through AI-powered marketing systems and workflows, preserving human oversight.
• Partner with Marketing Technology to translate content strategy into clear requirements, priorities, and success criteria for AI capabilities.
• Design the knowledge architecture for customer insights, brand voice, audience context, and campaign intelligence for real-time AI access.
• Identify and recommend high-impact opportunities where AI can improve quality, speed, and strategic alignment.
• Establish governance guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and quality controls for scalable AI-generated content.
• Serve as a thought leader on the future of AI-enabled content strategy and influence investment decisions.
• Measure and communicate business impact of AI-enabled content systems in quality, consistency, and efficiency.
