Qualifications

• 10+ years improving content quality on content platforms
• 3+ years hiring, managing and developing individual contributors
• 1+ year working with GenAI products, prompt engineering, annotation, and/or content evaluation and analysis
• Experience driving cross-functional projects autonomously to build products and respond to urgent needs
• Familiarity with AI industry trends and translating them into content strategy
• Experience leading data-driven analyses and communicating findings to executives

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for evaluating LLMs at scale across content work
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of content engineers
• Drive sprints for LLM evaluations and automated evaluation tooling
• Translate technical product needs into actionable direction for cross-functional teams
• Align content strategies with Meta's mission and competitive position
• Define emergent opportunities and drive impact in ambiguous areas
• Lead cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and product teams to align AI behaviors and content experiences with user expectations
