Job summary

You'll gather input, analyze data, benchmark against industry, and help shape product roadmaps with hands-on coaching in an apprenticeship-style environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in strategy/consulting or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking with ability to form hypotheses and test them under tight timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior audiences and diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Collaborative team player capable of working across product, data, and technology functions.
• Hands-on experience with data and analytics tools to model data and inform decisions.
• AI literacy and familiarity with GenAI and AI-driven product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own a well-scoped workstream within a broader product strategy engagement.
• Contribute to team problem-solving by developing hypotheses and testing ideas with cross-functional partners.
• Support gathering of user and stakeholder input through interviews, working sessions, and listening posts.
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry research, focusing on AI and data analytics trends.
• Assist in developing business cases, proposals, and capacity models to inform prioritization.
• Produce analysis and briefing materials that inform product direction and roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and technology teams to refine solutions.
• Apply AI and analytics tools to gather data and generate insights for decisions.
• Manage workstream deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating risks as needed.
• Be receptive to coaching in an apprenticeship-style team setting.
