Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Deal Development: Own deal strategy for large, complex engagements (> $10M TCV).
• Drive AI-Led Transformation: Position solutions on AI, data platforms, and modernization.
• Craft Outcome-Based Value Propositions: Tie offerings to measurable client impact.
• Engage Senior Executives: Build trusted relationships with CIOs/CTOs and business leaders.
• Shape End-to-End Solutions: Collaborate across architecture, consulting, and delivery teams.
• Own Commercial Strategy: Develop pricing, risk mitigation, and deal structuring.
• Lead Proposal & Negotiation: Direct creation of proposals and negotiations to signature.
• Champion Innovation: Highlight agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
