Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years leading complex deal cycles and negotiations.
• Experience leading AI-driven or digital transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in deal shaping and sales execution with a track record of closing large, strategic deals.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence CxO-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of market trends in business transformation and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Deal Development for large engagements (> $10M TCV).
• Drive AI-led transformation and application modernization initiatives.
• Craft differentiated, value-based propositions tied to client outcomes.
• Engage CIO/CTO and senior business leaders in strategic conversations.
• Shape end-to-end solutions across apps, data, cloud, and AI.
• Own commercial strategy including pricing and risk mitigation.
• Lead proposals and negotiations through to signature.
• Champion innovation with trends like agentic AI and intelligent workflows.
