Runpod, a remote-first AI developer cloud, seeks an Account Manager to manage multi-million-dollar strategic relationships across industries. You’ll lead executive conversations, partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, and expand deployments by introducing Runpod capabilities and roadmap.

You’ll drive renewals and expansions while aligning ROI and capacity planning with leadership. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in AM, strong technical and negotiation skills, and comfort with a fast-moving,

• Own a concentrated portfolio of Runpod's largest strategic accounts.
• Maintain monthly executive and technical touchpoints for each account.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align tech and commercial outcomes.
• Proactively introduce Runpod capabilities and roadmap to customers.
• Manage renewals and expansions with multi-year terms and SLAs.
• Build executive-level reviews on ROI and roadmap alignment.
• Represent customer voice to product, engineering, and supply teams.
• Forecast, plan, and track health/expansion metrics in CRM.
