Runpod, the AI Developer Cloud, is seeking an Account Manager for the EMEA region. This remote-first role focuses on multi-million-dollar strategic accounts, delivering growth through proactive collaboration, roadmap alignment, and executive engagement across industries.

You will own forecasts, drive expansions, and partner with technical teams to translate wins into commercial outcomes, with UK/Ireland preference and international travel as needed.

Competenze

• 6+ years in account management with complex accounts
• Strong track record managing multi-year renewals and expansions
• Excellent negotiation and executive-level communication

Mansioni

• Own a concentrated portfolio of Runpod's largest strategic accounts (<20).
• Maintain monthly to multi-year executive and technical touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineer to align technical outcomes with business expansion.
• Proactively bring Runpod capabilities, roadmap, and new use cases to customers.
• Drive high-value, multi-year renewals and pricing negotiations.
• Build executive relationships and conduct strategic business reviews on ROI and capacity planning.
• Forecast, plan, and track account health in CRM; visit key accounts as needed.
