Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
• Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based apps, or agentic systems.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales meetings, explain Runpod technologies, and provide architectural recommendations with PoC solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical or complex technical issues for customers and internal teams.
• Use code analysis, scripting, log analysis, and remote access to identify root causes and deliver fixes or workarounds.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and feedback integration.
• Assist support in escalated tickets, coordinate with engineering for fixes, and address GPU server issues.
• Contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback to the engineering team.
• Create and maintain technical docs, knowledge bases, and deliver trainings and demos.
