Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead for IT programs.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment.
Experience with GitLab, Jira and Confluence for backlog management, SDLC tracking, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.
Coordinate customer intake sessions, scope refinement, roadmap planning meetings, and technical working sessions.
Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree.
