Qualified candidates have 3+ years as Scrum Masters or Agile leads, experience with GitLab/Jira/Confluence, and TS/SCI clearance along with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead on IT programs or technical delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies in Kanban environments (Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives).
• Experience with GitLab, Jira and Confluence for SDLC tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate intake sessions, scope planning, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, risks and blockers and communicate them effectively.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s Degree are required.
