Lockheed Martin is seeking a Release Train Engineer to join the Agile Talent Center and be deployed to a program that uses SAFe to enable agile value delivery. You will facilitate ART events, manage backlogs, and coordinate Program Increments with stakeholders across the space program.

You will coach teams and business owners on agile practices, manage dependencies and risks, and drive DevSecOps initiatives and EV/Metrics alignment to achieve rapid, reliable delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting Agile teams and dependencies in an Enterprise organization using SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Nexus, or similar scaled Agile framework.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne as Admin or Super User.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate ART level events and processes including PI Planning, Backlog administration, and Demonstrations.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and track work against milestones.
• Coach the ART teams and stakeholders to align with Agile/DevSecOps principles.
• Oversee planning and tracking of Features, dependencies, risks, and EV workflow.
• Establish and track ART-level metrics in addition to EVM, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with System Architects/Engineering and Product Management to ensure alignment.
• Improve value flow through DevSecOps and Release on Demand in the CDP.
• Facilitate Regular System Demos and ensure Acceptance Criteria are met.
• Assess agility and provide training paths aligned with LM opportunities.
