Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the Agile Talent Center deployed to the SDA program. You will facilitate ART events, coach teams, and ensure alignment with Agile/DevSecOps principles while partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to optimize value delivery.

The role requires SAFe/Scaled Agile experience, strong facilitation skills, and an active DoD clearance. Expect collaboration across Space and engineering teams within a secure, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Agile teams in scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Nexus)
• Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne) as an Admin or Super User
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART events and processes (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt)
• Manage backlog at Epic/Feature level with clear criteria and business value
• Coach ART teams and stakeholders toward agile maturity and DevSecOps alignment
• Track progress against milestones and EVMS constructs
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and leadership to optimize value flow
