Job summary

Entarian, formed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, seeks a Release Train Engineer to enable agile teams within a SAFe enterprise. You will facilitate ART ceremonies, coach teams, and align PI objectives with business value.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance required
• SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred (CSM)
• Experience with Jira & Confluence: backlog, reports and metrics
• Excellent communication skills in the areas of listening, speaking, writing and non-verbal
• Willingness to travel to US Navy facilities on the East/West Coast at least 3 times per year

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART-level Agile ceremonies
• Guide teams to become high-performing and self-managing within the ART
• Participate in ART events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos
• Serve as liaison between the team and ART objectives and cadence
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement, story writing, and estimation
• Identify and remove impediments with Scrum Masters, RTEs, and managers
• Radiate information via Jira, Confluence and SAFe tooling
• Track Agile metrics to promote empirical decision-making
• Coach Lean-Agile mindset and SAFe Core Values
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management
• Support relentless improvement from retrospectives
• Mentor teams in Agile practices and leadership
• Drive alignment with Team and ART-level Objectives
