Job summary

Entarian is seeking a Release Train Engineer to support Agile teams within a SAFe enterprise environment. This on-site, full-time role focuses on coaching Agile practices, facilitating ART events, and ensuring alignment to PI objectives and business value.

The ideal candidate holds SAFe Scrum Master certification (or equivalent) and has strong experience with Jira/Confluence. DoD Secret clearance is required or eligible; travel to Navy facilities may be needed.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance (or active eligibility) required.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Jira & Confluence: backlog management, reports, metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART-level Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, PI Planning, System Demos, I&A).
• Coach teams to become high-performing, self-organizing within the ART.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog and align to PI objectives.
• Identify and remove systemic impediments; radiate information via SAFe tooling.
