Job summary

NewsBreak, based in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an Agency Account Manager to bridge NewsBreak with key agency partners. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, drive platform adoption, retention, and scalable growth across the full client lifecycle.

You will onboard top-tier agencies, lead quarterly reviews, and translate campaign data into actionable insights to grow spend and ROAS while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and adoption of NewsBreak’s ad

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in agency account management or digital advertising
Proven track record managing a portfolio of agency clients
Strong analytical skills to lead QBRs and optimize ROAS
Strong communication and relationship-building with external agency teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Onboarding & Launch: lead onboarding and initial campaign launches for top-tier agency clients
Scale & Grow: conduct QBRs and translate data into insights to grow spend and platform adoption
Retain & Save: monitor at-risk accounts and lead re-activation plans
Partner with internal teams to educate agencies on NewsBreak ad products and features
