Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or performance media buying within digital advertising or ad tech.
• Proven track record of growing account revenue, optimizing campaign performance to scale spend, and driving product feature adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to resolve client issues and influence feature roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly retention and revenue growth targets across your client portfolio, identifying high-value opportunities to unlock incremental budgets.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize performance campaigns to meet and exceed target KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPI, LTV).
• Provide proactive, data-driven optimization strategies across bidding tactics, audience targeting, conversion funnels, and creative refresh cycles to scale daily ad spend.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and QBRs, translating complex campaign data into compelling, revenue-generating stories.
• Identify spend barriers early and execute save and re-activation plans for at-risk accounts.
