Job summary

Safran Electrical & Power in Sarasota, FL seeks an Aftermarket Customer Support and Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) to drive spare parts sales growth across Power division and SVS. You will manage the complete service cycle, ensuring timely customer follow-up to meet division objectives and profitable outcomes.

The role supports the Head of Sales Management in delivering consistent revenue growth, monitors on-time deliveries for allocated customers, and collaborates with ARC/Partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• More than 5 years of experience in related roles.
• Strong knowledge of aviation and aftermarket activities and MRO.
• Ability to develop opportunities and sell.
• Customer oriented and able to operate under high pressure with deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate commercial offers to respond promptly to customer requests.
• Support sales review with detailed progress analysis and reports.
• Capture selling opportunities via visits, calls, and email responses.
• Participate in budget exercises related to Spares Sales.
• Monitor relationships with ARC/Partners through visits and reviews.
• Manage US Government solicitations to maximize orders and margin.
