Job summary

ACF Industrial Energy in Sarasota, FL seeks a Sales Support Consultant to grow aftermarket parts and service business for power generation equipment. The SSC will promote the Company service and parts departments to increase sales in PM agreements, equipment repairs, rental equipment, and fuel tank remediation.

The role requires developing sales proposals, researching customer applications, and expanding the dealer network while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial sales preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and present sales proposals to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales proposals of generator products for customers and present proposals to engineers, maintenance personnel, purchasing agents, and executives.
• Develop aftermarket program proposals for the generator service department and present them to stakeholders.
• Research customer applications to size and tailor aftermarket recommendations.
• Conduct air system surveys and build a network of industry contacts.
• Follow up on leads, perform cold calls, and strive to close contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.
• Meet sales quotas and revenue targets; resolve customer issues and follow deliveries.
