Job summary

Safran Electrical & Power in Sarasota, FL, is seeking an Aftermarket Customer Support and Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) to drive spare parts sales and service delivery across Power division and SVS. You will manage the end-to-end service cycle, support budgeting, and ensure on-time deliveries while growing bookings and margins.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in aviation/aftermarket, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years in a related role but the job requires more extensive experience.
• Strong knowledge of aviation and aftermarket activities & MRO.
• Ability to develop opportunities and sell.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate commercial offers to respond to customer requests on time.
• Support sales reviews with detailed analysis and progress reports.
• Capture selling opportunities via visits, calls, and emails.
• Manage budget exercises related to spares sales.
• Maintain relationships with ARC/Partners through visits and reviews.
• Understand spares market for pricing and catalogue processes.
• Monitor competition and participate in demand reviews for spares.
• Manage related MRO activities and US Government solicitations.
• Perform other duties as requested; ensure regular attendance.
