The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the folding carton industry, demonstrating initiative and excellent negotiation skills. The compensation ranges from $75k–105k base salary plus a competitive commission structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience within the folding carton industry, preferably in the technical or process side.
• Ability to interface effectively with executive and management levels of customer personnel.
• Ability to effectively negotiate favorable prices and terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory to develop sales leads.
• Build projects with sufficient customer ROI.
• Capture sales activities in BW Papersystems CRM software.
• Monitor competitive activity in the marketplace.
• Partner with marketing team for digital marketing campaigns.
