Job summary

Asset Living in Irving, TX is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of an on-site housing community. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration, and risk management under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, fair housing, and safety guidelines, and drive resident satisfaction through effective leasing, retention programs, and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs.
• Affordable Housing Accreditation (HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site personnel management and supervision.
• Maintain weekly/daily staff schedules and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial reports.
• Lead marketing, leasing, and resident retention initiatives.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor's degree preferred

CAM/ARM certification preferred
