Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Arlington, TX to oversee the daily operations of a housing community. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk in alignment with Asset Living policies.

The role emphasizes maximizing NOI through cost control and leasing improvements, developing annual budgets, and delivering strong resident service while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CAM/ARM preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience with leasing, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the housing community.
• Supervise on-site staff and leasing activities.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency team and vendor coordination.
