Job summary

Autumn Communications seeks an Affiliate/Growth Account Supervisor to independently manage a portfolio of client accounts, guiding strategy, execution, and performance across affiliate, commerce, creator, and PR programs.

You will mentor 1-2 junior team members, recruit and activate affiliate partners, and translate data into actionable client insights while staying ahead of industry trends and client priorities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, commerce media, or related fields, preferably within an agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with major affiliate networks and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with creator commerce platforms and performance-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing strategy, execution, performance, and day-to-day relationships across affiliate, commerce, creator, and Performance PR programs.
• Develop and execute integrated growth strategies that align with broader PR and marketing initiatives and drive measurable client results.
• Oversee account execution and deliverables, ensuring timelines, performance goals, and client expectations are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive communication, strategic recommendations, and solutions to account challenges.
• Identify opportunities for program growth and optimization, leveraging performance insights and new partnerships.
• Manage and mentor 1-2 junior team members, providing direction and feedback.
• Lead affiliate partner recruitment and activation, building relationships with creators, publishers, and affiliate partners.
• Analyze and report on program performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations against client KPIs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and client priorities, identifying opportunities to strengthen programs.
• Collaborate with PR and Talent & Creator teams to integrate affiliate and growth strategies across client initiatives.
• Support new business initiatives through research, strategy, and pitches.
