You will coordinate budgets, ensure partner compliance, and collaborate with partners to maximize ROI while keeping a strong focus on scalable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on affiliate program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and trends.
• Understanding AI impact on recruitment, attribution and optimization.
• Proven ability to recruit and activate high-value partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reports to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management of client relationships with proactive communication.
• Develop and execute full‑funnel affiliate strategies aligned with client goals.
• Provide end‑to‑end program management from strategy to operations.
