Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager in New York who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. You will manage and grow an affiliate network, pull and present performance reports, and develop optimization strategies across channels to drive client success.

You’ll work with established brands, collaborate within a fast-growing team, and contribute to a hybrid work model. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, mentorship, and building scalable workflows for evolving

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience distilling client goals into tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured.
• Excited and comfortable working with established brands.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent.
• Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc.
• Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of G-suite & excel.
• Must be inquisitive and proactive.
• Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates.
• Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing.
• Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV

Responsibilities

• Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
• Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients.
• Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
• Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
• Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
