Job summary

Reach Social, part of Chief Media, seeks an Affiliate Strategy Manager to lead the team that drives affiliate growth across our client portfolio and to guide the Affiliate Strategists who execute day-to-day. You will own performance metrics and build scalable playbooks while crafting incentive structures for repeatable success across brands.

The role balances hitting current goals with building systems and communities to accelerate future growth, including program economics and creator

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in affiliate, creator, or influencer commerce, with 2+ years leading a team.
• Proven track record scaling affiliate GMV across multiple brands.
• Experience owning program economics: commission, seeding, retainer, and incentives.
• Experience building creator communities and tiered programs.
• Strong client presence with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop the Affiliate Strategist team.
• Own affiliate GMV forecasting, pacing, and underperformance mitigation.
• Set account assignments, priorities, and targets.
• Design commission and incentive frameworks across brands.
• Represent Reach with clients and TikTok Shop partners.
