WireMasters in Columbia, TN, seeks a senior sales engineer to grow demand among primes and Tier-1/2s in aerospace, defense and space. You will map programs, shape pursuits, and orchestrate the commercial path from identification to capture across interconnect, wire/cable, and harness solutions.

You will drive growth with capture plans and cross-functional teams on complex programs. You will own design-in for interconnect/wire/harness, coordinate LTAs, and provide engineering support to win large

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; 5–10+ years selling technical interconnect/wire/cable into A/D/S.
• Preferred B.S. in EE/ME or similar.
• Deep knowledge of DoD budgeting, FAR regulations, and aerospace ecosystem.

Mansioni

• Identify and pursue new A/D/S programs; build multi-level relationships.
• Drive account strategy, capture plans, and multi-year program roadmaps.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align technical fit, quotations, and LTAs.
• Maintain market intelligence on platforms, budgets, specs, and competitors.
• Represent WireMasters at OEM/prime days and industry events; drive funnel hygiene.
• Engage design/EE/mech teams on-site to define requirements and drive design-in.
• Own design-in for interconnect/wire/harness with primes/Tier-1/2s.
• Provide application support: simulations, deratings, environmental considerations.
• Provide voice-of-customer to product management and suppliers; influence roadmaps.
