EAB is a leading research and advisory firm serving higher education and K-12 institutions. The Associate Director, Research Advisory Services will partner with senior leaders to diagnose challenges, shape strategy, and deliver data-driven insights across campus initiatives.

Based in the Richmond area with travel and flexible remote options, you will build terrain mastery, deliver thoughtful content, and lead executive communications to drive meaningful improvements for client partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of post-graduate experience or 4+ years with an advanced degree
• Experience working with client executives at colleges, universities, districts, or schools
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to create a compelling narrative through data visualization, graphics, and slides

Aufgaben

• Diagnose partner challenges and guide decisions with EAB’s point of view
• Deliver insights through phone consultations, virtual meetings, conferences, and on-campus presentations
• Build consensus and educate committees and staff on recommended strategies
• Engage senior executives and advance strategic initiatives across terrain areas
• Collaborate with research and client success teams to scale delivery and support new business
