Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of post-graduate, professional experience; or 4+ years and an advanced degree.
• Experience with client executives at colleges/universities or as a consultant/advisor.
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create a compelling narrative through data visualization, graphics, and slides.
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Terrain Mastery: build and maintain issue expertise across terrains; deliver strategic guidance on transformation, fundraising, and donor engagement.
• Engage senior institutional leaders and advancement organizations through practitioner, consulting, or advisory work.
• Leverage insights to help partners understand terrain, market trends, and evolving client needs.
• Content Delivery and Facilitation: diagnose problems, guide decisions, and present advice via calls, virtual meetings, conferences, and on-campus sessions.
• Combine functional knowledge with higher ed dynamics to set strategy and align teams.
• Customer Success and Commercial Support: collaborate with the research customer success team to drive scalable partner delivery and support sales.
• Research Collaboration: generate original insights in assigned areas and share market insights with colleagues.
