Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supports event managers and leadership with event-related tasks and coordination.
• Develops plans and implements a portfolio of smaller scale events.
• Prepares budgets, monitors expenses, and coordinates with internal/external partners.
• Performs on-site event support and other duties as assigned.
