Job summary

Viant Technology in Atlanta is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships, deliver outstanding service through pre-sales support and campaign management, and drive revenue in partnership with a territory sales team.

The role requires managing campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with internal teams, leveraging Salesforce for accurate reporting, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in digital media, programmatic ads, or ad-tech account management.
• 6+ months hands-on campaign management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support RFI/RFP processes and land new accounts.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate campaigns from kickoff to delivery and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use Salesforce for updates.
