Job summary

Rhode Island College is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions Operations to lead data, technology, and operational processes within Undergraduate Admission. This role manages Slate CRM integrations with the SIS, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and efficient information flow across departments.

Leadership ensures data-driven strategies, outreach, and process improvements to enhance recruitment and enrollment.

Qualifications

• CRM/database systems implementation and training experience.
• Experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management.
• Supervisory experience managing staff.
• Ability to analyze data and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, management, and maintenance of Slate CRM and data integrations.
• Oversee data input, integrity, and accuracy across the CRM and SIS.
• Define program vision, KPIs, and goals with leadership.
• Manage undergraduate admission processes and communications campaigns.
• Supervise admissions staff and coordinate enrollment initiatives.
• Prepare statistical reports and respond to data requests.
• Collaborate with MIS and campus partners on CRM usability and training.
• Drive process improvements, QA, and cost reduction.
