• Graduate Application Management and Slate CRM Operations: serve as the primary functional administrator for graduate admissions within Slate.
• Develop and optimize Slate Reader workflows for evaluation, faculty review, and decision management.
• Configure automated communications and applicant-facing functionality in Slate, including status updates and notifications.
• Collaborate with programs to identify inefficiencies and implement tech-enabled solutions to improve enrollment outcomes.
• Support data structures, rules, forms, queries, and integrations, coordinating with system administrators.
