Job summary

Sarah Lawrence College seeks a Director of Operations, Office of Admissions to lead the technology and data workflow that supports undergraduate and graduate enrollments. You will own Slate CRM, manage data integrity, and streamline processes with campus partners.

Reporting to the AVP for Enrollment, you will supervise the Admissions Operations staff, coordinate IT integration, and drive efficient data practices while upholding accreditation and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years in university admissions operations and technology.
• Experience with Slate or SIS; focus on data integrity and data flow.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to supervise, develop, and coordinate an operations team and collaborate with IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage Slate CRM and ensure strategic use of technology platforms supporting enrollment data.
• Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Lead and develop the Admissions Operations staff and coordinate priorities.
• Oversee tracking and evaluation of outcomes and effectiveness across admissions.
• Ensure smooth data flow between systems and optimize integrations with IT partners.
• Conduct data quality audits and implement process improvements.
