Job summary

Resolve West Allis is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to oversee the full admissions process for our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will manage inquiries, coordinate referrals, build hospital and physician relationships, and drive census growth while ensuring regulatory and payer compliance.

You will serve as the primary liaison among the facility, referral sources, residents, and families, leading admissions strategy and collaborating with clinical and leadership teams to admit

Qualifications

• Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care admissions required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions process from inquiry to admission.
• Build relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and partners.
• Coordinate bed management to optimize census.
• Verify insurance coverage and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical, business office, and leadership teams to ensure appropriate admissions.
• Conduct facility tours and communicate with residents and families.
• Track admissions activity and provide census/referral reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
