Job summary

Oriental Motor U.S.A. Corporation seeks a Senior Sales Engineer, Strategic Accounts, to support key customers with technical demonstrations and value-driven solutions across medical, semiconductor, and automation markets.

You will identify growth opportunities, prepare cost estimates and quotes, provide engineering insight, and coach junior engineers while working with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. A strong track record in large account growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• BSEE or BSME in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on and service Strategic Accounts to achieve sales volume and growth.
• Forecast sales and drive growth for assigned Strategic Accounts.
• Develop and present cost estimates and properly engineered products.
• Provide technical support to clients on motors, drives, and related products.
• Prepare quotations, trainings, seminars, call reports and reports as directed.
• Coach new Sales Engineers and demonstrate leadership.
• Maintain CRM records and generate sales reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

BSEE or BSME in related field preferred
