Responsibilities

• Represents SMC to OEM accounts and prospective customers, driving account development and growth.
• Leads the sales process, coordinating with internal teams for solution development.
• Maintains and grows relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts.
• Develops and executes customer action plans and forecasts.
• Uses CRM to track calls, opportunities, and reports to align customer data regionally and globally.
• Travels to customer sites as needed to deliver deployments and demonstrations.
