Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in Fort Mill, SC seeks a results-driven customer service professional to support Strategic Customers via phone, email, or chat.

You will respond quickly to inquiries, resolve complaints, and process orders, sourcing equipment across Sunbelt’s network and coordinating deliveries with attention to invoicing and CRM logging. The role requires strong communication skills, a service-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role.
• Familiar with Sunbelt’s equipment.
• Strong customer service ethic and positive approach toward the customers’ needs to do whatever it takes to meet the customer’s expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Effective listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a professional, friendly attitude and strong telephone handling skills.
• Must be a strong team player and enjoy supporting others to “get things done”.
• Must display a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude at all times.
• Previous equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Wynne POS system preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provides responsive, exemplary customer service to Strategic Customers via phone, email or chat.
• Responds to customer inquiries quickly and courteously.
• Handles customer complaints professionally to resolve issues.
• Completes customer orders, sources equipment, places service calls, processes cancellations.
• Coordinates deliveries, monitors invoices, reviews on-rent weekly for targeted customers.
• Keeps customers informed of actions taken to satisfy needs.
• Logs calls in CRM and enhances marketing follow-up.
• Continues to enhance knowledge about Sunbelt’s equipment.
• Works with Team Leader/Manager to ensure quality service.
• Other duties as assigned.
