Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Customer Support professional to act as the primary resource for inbound inquiries when local branches are unavailable and to prepare quotes, reservations, contracts, and related documentation.

This role supports estimating, quote preparation, and order lifecycle management, coordinating with branches, sales reps, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of equipment and services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales support, or project coordination.
• Construction or equipment rental experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with estimating, quotes, work orders, or ERP systems preferred.
• Proactive and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support resource for inbound inquiries when branches are unavailable.
• Prepare equipment rental quotes, reservations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Review project drawings to assist with estimating and quotes.
• Coordinate customer requests with branches, sales reps, and internal departments to ensure successful execution.
• Manage the customer order lifecycle from initial request through contract completion and billing support.
• Support strategic customers and national account initiatives under sales leadership.
• Qualify leads, gather project information, prepare initial quotes, and transition opportunities as appropriate.
• Monitor lead activity and maintain lead records.
• Support divisional sales campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
• Generate recurring sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Maintain CRM, quotes, customer, and project records.
• Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, billing, marketing, and other internal teams to execute on customer obsession.
• Provide backup support to the Temporary Walls team.
