This role is the centralized point of contact to satisfy the customer’s needs and requests, embodying Sunbelt’s reliability and ease.

Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred; Wynne software experience and bilingual Spanish/English are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role.
• Equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred.
• Wynne software experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the centralized point of contact for Strategic Customers in equipment rental.
• Provide exceptional, professional and efficient service to fulfill customer needs.
• Engage in proactive problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
