Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Manager of Strategic Accounts for Shockwave Medical Inc. You must reside in one of the selected U.S. locations; relocation is not offered.

The role focuses on building strategic relationships with hospital accounts and guiding cross-functional teams to drive growth in the cardiovascular interventional space. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in medical device sales, and strong knowledge of contracting and VAC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices (cardiovascular interventional space preferred).
• Experience in catheter technology and peripheral influence is advantageous but not required.
• Strong ability to navigate contracting and VAC processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital-level customers.
• Drive strategy from IDN level to hospital/account level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy, marketing content, and external tactics.
• Manage multiple priorities to advance business strategies.
• Identify and manage relationships with influential individuals in cardiovascular interventional space.
