Job summary

Creedence Energy Services, LLC in Texas Midland seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee assigned customer accounts, identify optimization opportunities, and direct sales plans and business development.

You will establish long-term relationships, lead field managers, coordinate resources, design account strategies, and drive revenue while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Geology required, plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of chemical handling and application.

Responsibilities

• Manage our key accounts portfolio
• Provides leadership and guidance to Field Managers
• Oversees assigned customers/accounts
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer accounts
• Provide strong account leadership through a consultative sales approach with accounts
• Create and implement key accounts strategy
• Identify business development opportunities and facilitate RFP bid compilation
• Coordinates company resources to achieve performance objectives
• Develops a customer retention program
• Achieve and sustain revenue and customer targets
• Forecast future work and resources
• Effectively leads and motivates team members
• Provides excellent internal and external customer service
