Job summary

Creedence Energy Services in Midland/Odessa is seeking an Account Manager to oversee assigned customer accounts, drive revenue through consultative sales, and ensure work is performed to customer specifications while maintaining safety and service excellence.

The role requires 25% time in office and 75% in the field, building strong relationships, leading account strategies, submitting bids, coordinating with the technical team, and traveling to field locations to resolve issues and meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of oil and gas production chemical experience.
• Experience with oil and gas surface and downhole equipment required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer accounts.
• Provide strong account leadership through a consultative sales approach with accounts.
• Travel to field locations to conduct sales meeting and for issue resolution.
• Forecast future work and resources.
• Routinely reports chemical usage and KPI data to customer.
• Assist technical team with RFPs.
• Ensure job tickets are generated & received.
• Resolve issues on assigned job sites and with customers.
