Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical handling and application.
• Valid driver’s license; some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage our key accounts portfolio.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Field Managers.
• Oversees assigned customers/accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customer accounts.
• Provide strong account leadership through a consultative sales approach with accounts.
• Create and implement key accounts strategy.
• Identify business development opportunities and facilitate RFP bid compilation.
• Coordinates company resources to achieve performance objectives.
• Develops a customer retention program.
• Achieve and sustain revenue and customer targets.
• Forecast future work and resources.
• Effectively leads and motivates team members.
• Provides excellent internal and external customer service.
