Job summary

MWI Veterinary Supply Company is seeking a Sr Strategic Account Specialist to manage day-to-day relationships with MVH strategic accounts in the US. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring accurate billing and contract procedures.

The position requires strong communication skills, experience in high-volume customer service, and proficiency with Excel and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong customer service experience and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide all facets of customer service, including high-volume phone support and timely email responses.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and faxes, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Reconcile damaged/lost shipments and process product returns/credits.
• Generate and customize weekly reports and ad hoc requests as needed.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and ensure accurate product/pricing information.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates on call intake and systems.
• Address escalated issues and propose solutions with management input.
• Maintain COUPA/MBX related duties and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
