Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• RCDD preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in structured cabling sales
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Major Account / Global selling and management
• Deep understanding of data center cabling architecture
• Experience and knowledge with copper and fiber optic communications infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans that drive profitable growth, customer retention, and increased account penetration.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing strategic end-user and data center customers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new strategic-account opportunities through targeted prospecting and consultative selling.
• Build relationships with executive, operational, technical, procurement, and supply-chain stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate domestic and global sales resources to support customers operating across multiple locations and geographies.
• Align internal teams, distributors, contractors, and other channel partners around defined customer objectives and account strategies.
