Job summary

Zoetis seeks a Strategic Account Manager for Diagnostics to own the customer experience journey of strategic accounts in the NW region, including Seattle. You will lead contract updates, expansion plans, and cross-functional coordination across the U.S.

Diagnostics unit, coaching field teams and driving growth. The role emphasizes competitive intelligence, market insights, and training on key accounts for new opportunities and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full portfolio and opportunities for DX businesses.
• Increase portfolio presence in veterinary hospitals to maximize total customer value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure margins and execution.
• Excel on install and workflow processes for a great customer experience.
• Act as product expert for new launches (Imagyst, HUB, Vue+, OptiCell).
• Provide field-level intelligence on Dx competition.
• Coach Area Teams on Dx-related tactics and cross-selling at scale.
• Develop and refine the Area Pipeline for Emerging Corporates.
