Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own the customer experience journey for strategically acquired accounts, driving contract updates, expansion plans, and cross-functional collaboration across the Diagnostic Business Unit in the U.S. The role will report to the Head of U.S.

Corporate & Specialty and oversees a region spanning multiple states with a strong focus on growth and retention. The candidate will train field teams, coach Area Business Managers, and leverage market insights

Responsibilities

• Manage full portfolio and drive new opportunities while retaining current accounts.
• Increase portfolio presence in veterinary hospitals to maximize customer value.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure margins and workflow efficiency.
• Lead install/workflow processes for new accounts and ensure strong onboarding.
• Stay informed on product launches (Imagyst, HUB, Vue+, OptiCell) and train teams.
