Emerson Electric Co. is seeking an Account Manager for Round Rock or Houston, TX, to lead assigned account teams and pursue growth opportunities within the Process Systems & Solutions group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) is required.
• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or a Master's.
• Experience developing customer relationships and contributing to business growth.
• Familiarity with the Process Automation industry.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower assigned account and pursuit teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Lead and drive new opportunities and development in identified growth areas
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and key internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure alignment and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external executives, channel partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and advance business objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate activities that support successful channel partner engagement and performance.
• Manage and maintain pursuit activities aligned with the financial calendar and support Sales Leadership as needed.
• Forecast account bookings, pursuits, and key project activities with accuracy and transparency.
• Support critical business processes, including Delegation of Authority and Opportunity Reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and enable efficient internal and external communication.
